Stacey Borden for Governor's Council collects personally identifiable information from visitors to our website when it is voluntarily provided. We use this information to communicate campaign updates when explicitly requested by the visitor. Stacey Borden for Governor's Council maintains strict privacy policies to protect the personal information of our users obtained for text message communications. This information is never sold, rented, released, or traded to others without prior consent or legal obligation. Any sharing of information with third parties is solely for the purpose of fulfilling the organization's obligations to the user. We guarantee that it will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Supporters can opt out of our communications at any point by contacting us at info@stacey4governorscouncil.com or updating email preferences using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.

When you visit our website, it may collect information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, the date and time of access, and URL you accessed the website from. We use this information for analysis only, to ensure our website visitors have the best user experience possible and see more of the content they find useful.

 

Text Message Opt-Out: If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with either “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your message, you will no longer receive further text messages from us.


Terms of Service

1. Users who opt-in to messages will receive information about upcoming events held by the Stacey Borden for Governor's Council campaign.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly at info@stacey4governorscouncil.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive up to three messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
